Titre : On Regulariy of Solutions to Navier-Stokes equations.

Abstract : The talk can be regarded as an introduction to the regularity theory of solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations. In our approach, the smoothness of weak Leray-Hopf solutions is studied at the local level. The main tools are zooming, the Euler and Navier-Stokes scalings, Liouville-type theorems for ancient solutions, and some others.

In part, the topic is related to one of the seven Millennium problems, a solution to which was recently announced by Open AI.
